Gone are the days of having to cram fishing poles into the back of an SUV or car, hoping none of the passengers or seats get hooked in the process. Never again will you be left with hoping nobody steals your fishing poles out of the bed of your pick up truck. The Tow Behind Fishing Rod Holder solves both these problems.

With three children of my own, I know first hand how quickly a fishing trip can turn south when one of my boys gets hooked in the arm while riding in the back seat of the family Trail Blazer. I have helplessly watched in horror as my children unintentionally slam the doors of the vehicle on the tips of my nice fishing poles, snapping them effortlessly. With a Rod Runner unit I will never have to witness this again. I've also had four of my best fishing poles stolen out of the bed of my work truck while buying ice and sodas at a gas station on the way to the lake. Rod Runner fishing rod transport system will also greatly decrease the risk of theft with its heavy duty welded steel frame. Each unit is hand made here in the US and tested for quality before shipping.

Rod Runner pole holders have many purposes:

*Transportation - safe and secure transport of fishing rods while driving. Also light weight enough to carry with one hand from vehicle to destination while preventing the lines from becoming tangled.
*Storage- unit quickly disassembles from vehicle for storage in garage or home.
*Pole Holder- can be used as a stand alone rod holder from the shore or left attached to the vehicle while fishing.

Rod Runner fishing rod racks are currently for sale in four different designs. SUV1, SUV2, SUV3, and Rod Runner for pick up trucks.
